For a traditional three-course meal with canapés, Head Chef and Director Marc Bolger will work with you to design your own bespoke menu. We’ll help you tailor your menu to ensure it’s perfectly balanced, and will offer your guests a sensational meal which is both beautiful to look at and gorgeous to eat.
For fabulous tasting and informal food, it’s difficult to beat a BBQ! We offer a range of options to provide the very best in BBQ flavour combined with either the family-serve feel, or plated elegance — it is all possible at Circa. We use Sussex farms and butchers to provide top quality produce for our BBQ’s.
At Circa we pride ourselves on offering the very best hog roast, and to match the occasion to the meal, we have two different options — an evening buffet and a main, plated meal. Both are mouth-watering, but create a different feel depending on when and where you are serving your hog roast.
We have a new menu for ‘British Classics’, so if you like the idea of Harvey’s Bitter sausages served with creamy mash and lashings of delicious hot gravy, finished off with sticky toffee pudding, this may well be the menu for you!
We offer a delicious selection of mouth-watering options for evening food. They range from the simple, but very welcomed, door-step bacon butties, made with local Sussex pork and farm-baked bread, to the more complex Lebanese grill with lamb koftas, chicken Schwarma and vegetable kebabs.
Circa events offer a selection of street food catering. We can offer our pop up tents, catering units and street trader’s food stalls servicing a wide selection of catering for your event. All of our street food dishes are made using local suppliers and producers across Sussex and we design gorgeous and fun food to make this style of catering more approachable for your event.
Circa Gelato are working with local suppliers to bring you traditional, high quality gelato ice cream. ‘Bev’ the handmade, Brighton-built Gelato bike can travel across Sussex to your location! All of our ice creams are made using fresh Sussex milk and cream with over 450 flavours to choose from.
We have three drinks packages to choose from, all of which include glasses, refrigeration, bar staff, serving equipment, ice, bar set up, removal and recycling of all glass waste.
