At Circa Events we pride ourselves on offering couples a flexible approach to their wedding breakfast. We can cater for every need, whether that’s a four-course fine dining meal with delicate canapés, or a succulent Sussex hog roast served to your guests ‘family style’. We take your lead on how formal or informal you would like your meal and we also use your ideas and thoughts to help develop your own special wedding menu.
We will provide you with current menus to have a look through as we find this helps couples develop their ideas. And, if you like the pork belly from one dish teamed with the cumin greens from another, plus the Dauphinoise potato from a different dish, it’s all possible!
After you have booked with us we offer we offer a bespoke consultancy with Head Chef Marc and his team to discuss your food choices. All couples have the chance to select either two main courses, or BBQ or hog roast, along with two starters and two desserts to try at a private tasting. It gives you a great opportunity to taste and select your food and wine when our chefs prepare it for you personally at our farm tasting room in Brighton.
