How we can help
At Circa Events we pride ourselves on supporting our couples through the many decisions that go into planning a wedding, we work hard to make sure we offer sensible and flexible solutions to make sure your day will look gorgeous, the food will taste amazing and all will run smoothly. Having catered and managed over 350 weddings, Circa Events has a wealth of knowledge and ideas that can provide you a solid foundation onto which you can add your own themes and looks and ideas to create a perfect and unique day.
How it works…
- Firstly we will meet you at the venue of your choice and discuss all your options.
- From this meeting we will be able to provide a quote based on the information we have discussed with you at the venue including catering, budgets, suppliers and location.
- When the booking is confirmed with a venue and 25% catering deposit, we start your wedding file which holds all those important details and this builds up over time at your pace.
- Food menus are discussed in detail and your tasting selection, two dishes from each course is chosen and your private tasting session is booked in our tasting room on the farm in Brighton. This gives you the opportunity to taste and select the food and wine that will be served on your wedding day.
We can help you through your planning of different types of drinks options, canapé choices, evening food ideas, plus we can offer advice on decorating the venue, table layouts and plans and timings of the day.
When you have all your R.S.V.P’s back we discuss the final numbers and then final payment is made for your wedding, 28 days before. We get together at the venue a few weeks before to run through every little detail, and any last minute changes are made.
The day before…
The Circa team will be setting up at your venue laying out the tables and chairs, setting up the ceremony room and working with your other suppliers to transform the area into a magical wedding venue. Any last minute points are discussed with the bride and groom and all table decorations, favors and final table plans are handed over to us to add the final touches
During the day…
For each wedding we provide your own Co-Ordinator, Head Chef, Sous Chef, Front of House Manager, full waiting staff and a bar manager. All these staff will be there to make sure your day runs smoothly and professionally, making sure any last minute changes from late guests to unknown vegetarians are done quickly and with minimum of fuss. We will be at the venue long before you arrive making sure everything looks perfect and will be there right to the end of the evening once all the guests have departed and the next day to tidy up. You will be able to ask us at any point during the day if there is a question or you need something, equally we will do our utmost to make sure you are left alone on your big day to just enjoy it!
