For fabulous tasting and informal food, it’s difficult to beat a BBQ! We offer a range of options to provide the very best in BBQ flavour combined with either the family-serve feel, or plated elegance — it is all possible at Circa. We use Sussex farms and butchers to provide top quality produce for our BBQ’s. With our high standards of farming we believe animals have a better standard of life, making a better product. We cook all our meat and fish at your venue and we can design a menu around your taste.
To help you choose, we have two BBQ menu concepts, one for meat-eaters and one for vegetarians. They include a host of delicious elements, including tiger prawns, chicken Chermoula rub, asparagus sticks and grilled halloumi. You are able to tailor your BBQ to your, and your guests’, tastes entirely – you might like corn on the cob served with burgers or maybe you fancy whole grilled mackerel and Portobello mushrooms, it’s completely your choice.
All the food is cooked to perfection on site by chefs and either served as a buffet or plated for each guest and served with four of Circa’s delicious salads. We have 15 Circa salads for you to choose from, including ‘char grilled vegetables, bulgar wheat, fresh herbs’ and ‘wild rocket, shaved parmesan, balsamic dressing’. We can also adjust the salads to your taste or design a new one for you from your favourite ingredients.
