At Circa Events our aim is always to provide the highest quality service to our clients. Working with our local food suppliers, we use the best of what is available from trusted local companies to prepare a fantastic meal for your event. Food is prepared by our team of talented chefs based on our farm near Brighton, East Sussex.
We also run Three stunning Sussex wedding venues, Northease Manor, Longfurlong Barns and Laughton Barns, which offer Three different but equally gorgeous locations for your special day.
Through our expertise in both catering and events, we can help you plan and arrange your perfect wedding, from supplying venues and catering, to venue set-up, event co-ordination and staffing.
MEET OUR TEAM
With over 30 years in the catering business, including head chef roles at St. Martins Hotel and Havana Restaurant, Marc spent a year travelling Asia and Australia before opening Circa in 2000 as a pan-Asian fusion restaurant in the heart of Sussex. The restaurant went from strength to strength winning various awards and gaining national press coverage, leading to the opening of two more award-winning restaurants; Circa Fish and Circa Brasserie. Now catering for over 100 weddings a year and managing three exclusive venues, Marc is dedicated to providing outstanding tailor-made menus.
Executive Head Chef
With over 25 years catering experience, Justin originally started his career in large hotels working under established chefs where his passion for high quality & ingredients developed. Travelling Europe & Asia introduced him to new flavours & styles of cooking which have played a major part in making him the chef he is today. Justin has worked in many exclusive establishments in the UK, including award winning restaurants in London, the famous 4 AA rosette restaurant at the Ritz hotel and high-end catering at Royal Ascot. Whilst working in large hospitality venues (including N.E.C & N.I.A, Aston Villa Football Club) he has built up an extensive knowledge of catering for weddings, banquets and functions. Justin joined the team in 2014 bringing his creativity and flair to Circa
Liv has been delivering well run and expertly planned events for many years, from wonderful weddings to successful corporate events in a variety of venues . Her enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail will give you the confidence to plan the event you have dreamt of, she is creative, detail orientated and above all loves working with people. Her organisational skills, sense of calm and ability to think quickly on her feet make her a huge asset at any event. Having worked on a wide range of projects from large conferences to private parties, she brings with her a wealth of experience and will work with you closely to provide advice and guidance on the big day.
Event & Operations Manager
With over 17 years in the business Ben has managed some of the finest bars and restaurants in the Country from Birmingham to Brighton. Having worked alongside legendary chefs like Marc Bolger, Steve Beadle and Raymond Blanc, Ben is devoted to providing a top quality service with top quality food and drink. Ben looks after the the Operational side at Circa HQ, as each event is different his meticulous eye for detail enables us to meet each clients expectations.
With many years in the industry, Jade brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Circa Team. Having worked in top-class restaurants and incredible venues all across the South, Jade’s can-do attitude and expertise means she’s perfect to help organise the event you have always imagined. From corporate do’s, to private parties, to fantastic Weddings, Jade’s air of calm, decisive nature and passion for each event shows; she’ll work with you personally to create something really special and prides herself on her relationships with all our clients. Our personal approach to our clients is really important to us at Circa Events, and Jade is no exception to that – each event we do is unique and her vision and creativity will bring that special something to your special day.
