Four Course Wedding Breakfast

For a traditional four course wedding breakfast, Head Chef and Director Marc Bolger will work with you to design your own bespoke menu. We’ll help you tailor your menu to ensure it’s perfectly balanced, and will offer your guests a sensational meal which is both beautiful to look at and gorgeous to eat. We have a selection of dishes on the menu below to start off any ideas, but we are also happy to recreate special meals you have had in the past. We will work hard to make sure your vision of your ideal wedding breakfast becomes a reality.

Many couples like to select from our menus but piece together the elements in their own unique way, choosing vegetables from one dish and serving them with another, or adding in new favourite elements to make it their own. All our ingredients are from high quality sources and local producers to allow us to continue to support local, independent suppliers and to ensure a fantastic result.
