DIY Wedding Caterers

We are offering a new service to our potential clients for 2013-2014. Are you on a limited budget? Do you have your own venue, village hall or family members’ house? If you are looking for a cost effective option for a diy wedding caterers then the circa team have come up with a solution for you..
We can supply from a selection of dishes made at our farm kitchen for your wedding takeaway, all you need to do is collect from us the dishes of your choice which will be sealed in plastic boxes for all cold starters. Main courses will be in disposable hot food containers, and desserts will be boxed in plastic containers. Where suitable all main courses can be pre cooked and all you need to do is reheat, times and temperatures will be given to along with your handbook on finishing the dishes and photographs of how they can look, its like you had a chef at your wedding but easily put together by you.  All foods will be supplied with ice packs for your convenience during transportation. 
This service enables me to reduce the cost to you by not having the staff set up at the venue, delivery to the venue, staffing for the day, all catering equipment on site and clear up the following day…..its that simple, reduce overheads can reduce cost.
We can also offer dry hire of crockery, glasses, cutlery, marquees, tables and chairs. If you were to opt for this service we would require all goods to be returned to us clean..
This service is available on most of our menus, the circa events standard of food which we have built our reputation on over the past decade will still apply to all the dishes we have created.
